My Username as an artist is Connundreigon, but you can adress me as Seth.Im a selftaught artist and animator from México. My art takes inspiration from nostalgia, 2000´s, humanoid creatures, liminal species, animals, and alt styles.Im excited and looking forward working with you. ART PROCESS AND PAYMENT>Once we get in contact, we will discuss the details, specifics and define the cost..>Include references/pictures of your character(s), as well the color palette, and specified poses/expressions for the commision. I have a hard time distinguishing between colors. Dont be afraid of being too specific, the more the merrier..> After mutual agreement i will send you a PayPal Invoice, Mercado Pago CLABE, or transference number for MX customers..> I do not accept any other payment methods.> I usually wait 24/48 hours till the full payment process is done and shows in my accounts, but if the payment arrives sooner, we´ll jump into the next step>> Once you´ve paid, an sketch wip will be sent to you in a TaT of 1 week - 3 weeks, you´ll have three free corrections (+10USD for extra revitions). please be specific..My full finished comissions TaT depends fully on my schedule, amount of work and complexity of your comission. - Wether you own personal or comercial use, you, as the customer, are not, in ANY way, under ANY circumstances, allowed to:Involve me, or my work, in NFT/Crypto circles.Use my work for AI training, or uploading my work (and/or your commissioned order) into any AI service, be it for profit or merely personal entertainment.Make large modifications - by which I mean anything beyond stickers, filters, color corrections, text, or very minor details, which are all okay - to the final product.Claiming the final product as your creation.Removing the artist's signature from the final product.If at any time you, the customer, were to break or disobey any of these clauses without reaching an agreement with me, I, the artist, am entitled to not work again with you in any way, add you to my public blacklist and, if needed, issue a DMCA takedown notice (Digital Millennium Copyright Act).-I reserve the right on declining commissions requests.>>I reserve the right to use the artwork i´ve done to fill my portfolio, post on my socials, promote myself, or give coms examples.>>There will not be Refunds after approving the sketch and Lineart work has begun. Only if the TaT isnt met as stablished.CUSTOMER´S RIGHTSOwning Personal Use include:>>Your full illustration without watermark, sent via E-mail with quality.>>If its the case you can ask for a PNG (no background version) of the comission.>>Owners privacy if the artwork its used to feed my portfolio, socials, etc.>> The right to post the comission on your socials, such as use as pfp, complement your characters profile, collage, layouts, wallpapers, physical prints, products, etc. As long as you dont profit / sell / distribute to any other party.>> Do your own minor changes consulting me first.REFUNDS only apply if sketch isnt approved or delivered in the established TaT. However, since artwork begun, there will only be a 70% or less refund depending on the complexity and type of work.
(Have in mind the comission that sites like paypal takes on every transaction.)-Owning **COMERCIAL USE ** includes:Same essentials on personal use but having the right to sell, promote, and profit freely of it.50x price for patreon (banner, using art in videos/streams, Twitch Thumbnails etc)200x price on (merchandise, stickers, body pillow, prints, etc)---However its Personal or Comercial use, you cant take my signature off or credits from my artwork. Nor to use it or edit my work for political, controversial, or hateful content.---Once you, the customer, have placed/received artwork from me, the artist, these clauses will automatically apply to both parties, even if you do not read these terms. By working in a commissioned piece with me, the artist, you, the customer, will be taken as having agreed and consented to my terms of service.
